Namaste Sean,

Thank you and yes yes yes - it is always such a relief to organise ourselves around the undeniable and ever-present Is-ness of Love.

Thanks for this Sean.

Since the metaphorical time of Cain and Able, darkness and light have coexisted in the human condition. While I can recognize this, I struggle with why, as higher levels of consciousness are experienced seemingly more than ever, it feels like we, as connected beings, are going backwards. I would think that a more “live and let live” coexistence would prevail by now. My faith in our spiritual connectedness helps me from becoming indifferent in the face of relinquishing to a “what’s the use” mentality, but I shake my head at how off the rails societies and tribes are. Your messages help to remind and reground me. Thank you.

You're welcome, Tom. Thank you for reading and sharing. In some ways we do seem to be in dark times, but the course encourages us not to trust our judgment. We're wrong a LOT! And I have learned the truth of this in painful detail.

I think the trick - at least for me - seems to be to really focus on what is working locally. By "local" I mean what is going on in my own head and heart - and how that appears in my relationships (wife, kids, mother, neighbors) and then just slowly build out from there. It's hard work and sometimes discouraging but it seems to matter. It is possible to build small pockets of sanity and support. Really I don't know what else to do.

Thanks for writing and sharing; like I said, I don't really have answers but I am grateful to have voices like yours in my head for a bit. It gives me hope.

Thank you again for being here.

Thank you Sean. I try and see the "good" in everything and work on that approach as much as I can.
