Since I'm not being very disciplined about reading the course ( for the second time the annotated version, it took me about two and a half years to read it the first time ), I'm grateful to have your articles on my email to read. It keeps me in touch.

And why I don't read my text so much more often is crazy because when I do I'm like, why did I wait to read this? It always speaks to me. It is at this time in my life the most helpful teacher I've experienced.

Thank you Rebecca. I'm glad the posts are helpful.

The resistance you describe is familiar! Ego always schemes for ways to distract us from what helps - reading the Course, meditating, going for a walk, et cetera. It is a daily occurrence for me, and the fix is always the same: just gently and patiently bring my attention back to the Holy Spirit, who is there to advise and guide me. Always.

I, too, am grateful for the Course. It is not the only way, of course, but it has been so deeply helpful in my life. A true gift!

Thank you again for reading and sharing.

Love,

Sean

Namaste Sean,

Thank you kindly for this 🕉 The way you comment on Love/Absolute Reality reminds me of a strand of words from Hafiz (which you've probably come across in your travels but here it is anyway):

A Cushion for your Head

Just sit there right now

Don't do a thing

Just rest.

For your separation from God,

From love,

Is the hardest work

In this

World.

Let me bring you trays of food

And something

That you like to

Drink.

You can use my soft words

As a cushion

For your

Head.

Thank you so much. I listened the YouTube of the interview with Scott Britton. It was brilliant, so helpful in clearly identifying and untangling all those fear based patterns we go through in this process. Thank you for being here🙏🙏🙏
