Thank you so much Sean. ( yes it is very clear😊, once again your piece made it very clear in deed. Beautiful gift of clear description of the process with succinct instructions! Incredible that we read these instructions in the Course so many many times but keep forgetting, falling asleep. Thank you for your crispy clear reminders

Sean, the first paragraph alone knocked me out. It's a "crispy clear reminder." (TM Aysin.) We made these bodies, we made this world and we're living in what Buddhists call a "precious" lifetime in which we may learn these starting facts and possibly escape from the hellhole we made. The reminder? For me-- use time to escape from it.

But what really sticks with me from what you wrote? "The less we do, the more the Holy Spirit does through us." It strikes me that so much of religion and spirituality consists of really hearing the words, "Be Still." "Be still and know that I am God. "Be still," says the Holy Spirit. "I'm on it."

Thank you so much for continuing to do your Monday messages.

"Starting facts" works!

Yes, that stillness - the interior stillness that naturally generates an exterior peace - is so precious. Precious and natural! But we have become estranged from our capacity to be still and know God as the truth of our own being, shared with all. So I am grateful for methods and paths, and friends like you, Nancy, who help me remember. Thank you for sharing and being here.

Love,

Sean

I wrote "starting facts" when I mean to say "startling facts," but now I think either works. : )

Every single upset...I’ve been thinking about the little things we hold because we think they’re β€œlittle” . Good crispy clear reminder. Let’s not let them escalate to β€œbigger” things.

Thanks Sean

Thank you for the feeling of relief and reminder that my little willingness is all.that is required..ii remember the lesson that roughly quoted said β€œwhat then do these thoughts mean that I am aware of? They mean nothing and so they do not exist…would I rather not join with thinking with the universe than obscure all that is mine with my pitiful and private thoughts?”
