Somatic experiencing, embodiment work, Internal Family Systems - these therapies put us in touch with our bodies, de-traumatising them, finally being able to listen to them, and thus putting us back in touch with the peace of God.

We become as little children and we become as the parents who care for those children. " As I sit here listening to a favorite station on Pandora I feel the beautiful music surely must be the love that I am in its fullest expression. I'm at peace and feeling the bliss of your words. I'm loving my life and my music. Then WHAM. Pandora music is interrupted by advertising. The demanding child really does kinda hate those ads. Keep the lessons coming Sean.
